for whom?

My work is with people of all ages and identities. It’s for those who want to learn, to change something in their lives and are interested in working with their bodies - who want to learn more about the wisdom of their own body, in order to feel and perceive themselves and the world more clearly and attentively.

It is explicitly queer-friendly; it is important for me to offer a safe and supportive space for clients who identify as queer, gay, lesbian, bi, inter, trans, non-binary, pan... Of course, the same goes for anyone who does not define themselves as queer.

 

In the first session of a learning process, we formulate a goal together. With this we orient ourselves - the goal and the length of the process depends entirely on what the client wants to achieve.

 We all know how hard it is to change something all alone. Sometimes we can manage it successfully, but most of the time we would be grateful to have some help.

The work is based on reliance. The holistic oriented processes are supported by the collaboration between the client and the practitioner.

 

We explore questions such as:

  • What do you really want to change the most?
  • You are in a dilemma and want to create more clarity to make a decision?
  • What disturbs you in your life, your career, your relationships with others, etc? In what specific situations do you experience this feeling the most?
  • Which old themes do you encounter again and again that may be keeping you from being truly happy?
  • Do you experience (chronic) pain and physical symptoms? Symptoms that appear repeatedly and reduce your general feelings of well being?

Possible goals of a learning process could be:

  • To feel your body more and to enjoy it
  • To have more energy and motivation
  • To change physical symptoms, to reduce them and in the best case, to get rid of them
  • To strengthen your self confidence
  • To tackle and terminate anxiety and to relieve stress
  • To have clear and powerful communication with others
  • To bring a talent or desire into reality
  • To make decisions, such as to start or end projects
  • To process a separation or a loss
  • To learn relaxation and silence
  • To focus more easily
  • To respond to new challenges more powerfully
